How to Make It

Cut the fish, put them in a bowl, and rub with salt and lime juice/tamarind juice. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Wash under cold water and pat dry with kitchen area paper. Put all components for the flavoring paste in a mixer or food mill & mix till smooth.
